This review is focused on a new edition of Ahmet Mithat's Müsameretname that was done by Dr. Salih Okumuş. The new edition of Müsameretname includes many misreads, grammatical mistakes. Also this new edition wasn't prepared by analyzing the previous works precisely. All these points that seem wrong is exemplified within the paper.
