Abdülhayy el-Leknevî ve Et-Ta’lîku’l-Mümecced adlı eserinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, öncelikle XIX. Yüzyılın önemli isimlerinden olan Hindistan’lı muhaddis ve hanefî fakîh İmam Abdülhayy el-Leknevî’nin, dönemin sosyo-kültürel ortamında yetişen bir alim olması dikkate alınarak Hindistan’ın siyasî, sosyal ve ilmî durumuna dair birtakım bilgiler aktarılmıştır. Leknevî’nin “et-Ta’lîkü’l-Mümecced” isimli şerhi, İmam Muhammed b. Hasen eş-Şeybanî rivâyetli Muvatta’ olması sebebiyle İmam Muhammed ve İmam Mâlik’in hayatlarına, eserlerine, ilmî kişiliklerine ve Muvatta’a dair bilgi verilmiştir. Tezin ana konusunu teşkil eden Leknevî’nin “et-Ta’lîkü’l-Mümecced” isimli eseri, ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş, muhteva bakımından değerlendirilmiş, Hadis ve Fıkıh ilmi açısından değeri ortaya konulmuş, eserini yazarken takip ettiği yöntem tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca Leknevî’nin Şeybânî nüshasını tercih sebepleri üzerinde durulmuş, zengin bir kütüphaneye sahip olan Leknevî’nin istifade ettiği kaynaklar branşlarına göre sıralanmıştır.

In this study, it has been reported some information about the political, social and scientific situation of India taking into account the fact that Indian muhaddis and Hanafite faqih Imam Abdulhayy al-Lucknowy, who is a scholar educated in the socio-cultural environment of the time andone of the most important figures of the century. Lucknowy's commentary entitled "at-Talik al-Mumajjad", due to the fact that Muvatta' is narrated from Muhammad al-Shaibany, it has been given information about the life of Imam Muhammad, Imam Mâlik, his works, scientific personalities and Muvatta’. Lucknowy's work entitled "at-Talik al-Mumajjad", which constitutes the main subject of the thesis, has been studied in detail, evaluated in terms of content, at the sametime the value has been revealed in terms of Hadith and Fiqh and it has been detemined his method he folloved in his book. The reasons for choosing Lucknowy's Shaibany manuscript are emphasized. The resources used by Lucknowy, who owns a rich library, and the resources they have used according to their branches are listed.
