1980-2000 arası Türk hikâyesi ve toplumsal değişim

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 1980-2000 arası toplumsal değişimin Türk hikâyesine yansımaları incelenmektedir. 24 Ocak Kararları ile uygulamaya başlanan neoliberal politikalar ve ardından 12 Eylül 1980 askerî darbesi, toplumsal yapının görünümünü, 1980 öncesi ve sonrası şeklinde ikiye ayırır. “1980 öncesi neydi?”, “1980 sonrası ne değişti?”, “Neden 1980 ile 2000 arası baz alındı?” şeklindeki sorulara cevap verebilmek için Türkiye’nin geçirdiği toplumsal değişim, hikâyeler üzerinden anlamlandırılmaya çalışıldı. Bu yüzden ele aldığımız hikâyeler, toplumsal değişime somut veriler sunacak şekilde seçildi. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde; uzunca bir zaman dilimi, hikâyenin toplumsal değişim karşısındaki genel eğilimini verecek biçimde özet geçilerek değerlendirildi. Tanzimat ile 1980 arasını kapsayan bu dönem; “Tanzimat’tan Cumhuriyet’e” “1923’ten 1945’e” “1945-1960 arası” “1960-1980 arası”, çeşitli adlandırmalarla dönemselleştirildi ve bu dönemlerdeki toplumsal değişimlerin hikâyeye yansımaları kısaca incelendi. Toplumsal değişim karmaşık bir kurumsal değişmeyi içerdiği için; en temelde bunun alt yapı ilişkisi ortaya konmaya çalışıldı. Bu açıdan bürokrasi ile burjuvazi arasındaki ekonomik ilişki, toplumsal değişimin etkeni olarak değerlendirildi. Bu iki yapı arasındaki ilişki neticesinde, bu ilişkinin toplumsal yapıya yansımaları belirlenmeye çalışıldı. Toplumsal yapı, bir dünya görüşü ve toplumsal bilinç ortaya koyduğu için; bu bilincin etkisinde oluşturulan eserler incelemeye konu edildi. Böylece kısaca “1980 öncesi neydi?” sorusuna cevap verilmiş oldu. İlk bölümün ardından gelen bölümlerde “1980 sonrası neyin değiştiğine cevap arandı?” Dünya görüşleri ve yaşam tarzları farklı başlıklar altında incelendi. Netice olarak öykülerin tematik yapısının toplumsal değişmenin ekonomik ve siyasal etkenlerine uygun şekilde dönemlere göre değiştiği tespit edildi.

It has been examined the reflections of the social alteration to Turkish stories in 1980-2000. The neoliberal politics which have been applied after 24 january resolutions separate the social structure into two as before and after 1980. “What was it before 1980” “ What has changed after 1980” Why was it based on 1980 and 2000?” They tried to understand the social changing in Turkey by the help of the stories to be able to answer these kinds of questions. So the stories we have studied have been chosen to have some concrete datas for the social changing. İn the fırst part as the work a long period of time has been studied. İn the period which is between Reforms and 1980, İt has been underdebate; “ from Tanzimat to Cumhuriyet” “from 1923-1945” “ between 1945 and 1960” and the reflections of the stories in these period have been studied briefly. Because of the fact that the social alteration has a complex instutitive alteration; its been tried to base on the top relationship. It has been thoughed relationship between the bourgeoise and bureaucracy in this aspect as the cause of social alteration. As as result of relationship between these two facts its been tried to reflection to the social structure. İts been tried to study the works under Lucien Goldmanns since the social structure puts forward a social consciousness and world view. So it has been answered the questions “ What is it before 1980?” briefly. What has changed after 1980, has been put forward after the parts coming after the first part. As it has been seen in these parts the world wiev and the life styles have been studied under different titles. At the end it has been understood that thematic structure of the stories have been changing according to the economic and politic factors in social alteration.
