Emnî Burnaz Mehmed Ağa Dîvânı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 17. yüzyıl şairi Emnî Burnaz Mehmed Ağa’nın tek nüshası Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi Yazma Bağışlar Bölümü 06919-002 numarada kayıtlı olan Dîvân’ı incelendi. Çalışma üç ana bölümde gerçekleştirildi. Birinci bölümde şair Emnî’nin hayatı, şahsiyeti ve edebi kişiliği üzerinde duruldu. Ayrıca Emnî mahlaslı diğer şairlerin hayatlarına da yer verildi. İkinci bölümde Dîvân’ın incelemesi yapıldı. Bu bölüm iki ana başlık altında ele alındı. “Şekil Hususiyetleri” başlığı altında nazım şekilleri ve türleri, vezin hususiyetleri, kafiye ve redif olmak üzere şiirler şekil bakımından örneklerle birlikte incelendi. “Muhteva Hususiyetleri” başlığı altında tespit edilen konular ayrıntılı bir şekilde incelendi. Üçüncü bölümde yazma nüshanın tanıtımı yapıldı. Metin kuruluşunda takip edilen usuller açıklandı ve metin traskripsiyon alfabesiyle verilerek çalışma tamamlandı. Hazırlanan bu yüksek lisans tezi ile henüz tek nüshası tespit edilebilen Emnî Dîvânı’nın metni ortaya konulmuştur. Şairin hayatı ve edebi kişiliği de araştırılarak Türk edebiyatındaki yeri ve önemi belirtilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmanın 17. yüzyıl Türk şiiri ile ilgili yapılacak inceleme ve değerlendirme çalışmalarına katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır.

study investigates the 17th-century poet Emni Burnaz Mehmed Aga’s Dîvân— its only copy is located in Suleymaniye Library Donated Manuscripts Section registered under 06919-002. The dissertation consists of three main chapters. The first chapter focuses on Emni’s life, personality, and his literary identity. The chapter also provides the biography of the poets who adopted the same pen name. The second chapter analyzes the Dîvân in two sections, “Features of Literary Form” and “Features of Content.” The first section investigates the forms of the poems by giving examples and analyzing their versification types, features of prosody, rhyme, and repeated words. The latter looks at the identified matters. The last chapter introduces the manuscript. It explains the methods that were being followed as structuring the text, and provides the manuscript with Transcription Alphabet. This dissertation thesis presents the manuscript of the Dîvân of Emni. By unfolding the life and literary identity of Emni, it seeks to deliver its importance in Turkish Literature. This study intends to make a contribution to further researches of the 17th-century Turkish Literature.
