Amasya Şamlar Mahallesi 38 Ada 6 Parselde Bulunan Kadir Uysal Evi Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması, Amasya ili Merkez’de yer alan sivil mimari örneklerinden Kadir Uysal Evi’ni konu almaktadır. Amasya, Şamlar Mahallesi’nde 38 ada 6 parselde yer alan yapı iki katlı ve bahçelidir. Tez kapsamında; Amasya ili tarihi ve kültürel değerleri araştırılmış, yapının çevresiyle ilişkileri incelenmiş, grafik ve yazılı belgelemesi yapılmıştır. Amasya geleneksel evleri araştırılıp karşılaştırmalı çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; günümüze kadar ulaşan bu yapının mevcut durumunun belgelenmesi, yapıldığı dönemin özelliklerini kaybetmeden, fiziksel müdahale ve uygun işlev önerileri verilerek, ev sahipleri tarafından sağlıklı bir şekilde kullanılması ve yapının gelecek nesillere aktarılabilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda yapının rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projeleri hazırlanmıştır.

The thesis is about the house of Kadir Uysal, which is one of the examples of the traditional houses in Amasya. The building is situated in Şamlar Neighborhood at 38 Block – Lot 6. It has two stories and a garden at the back. Within the scope of the study, the historical and cultural values of Amasya are studied, the relationship of the building with its surrounding is examined, and the building is surveyed by drawings and photographs. Traditional houses of Amasya are examined and comparative studies are conducted. The aim of this study is to document the present situation of the building and to carry it to the future,physical interventions and appropriate functions are proposed in order to provide the owners with a better way of accommodation, without disturbing the authenticity of the building. To achieve this goal measured drawing, restitution and restoration projects have been prepaared.
