Tüketici Hukukunda Taahhütlü Abonelik Sözleşmeleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Tüketicinin korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Abonelik Sözleşmeleri Yönetmeliği kapsamında taahhütlü abonelik sözleşmeleri incelenmiştir. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümünde sözleşmenin ortaya çıkışı, tanımı, unsurları ve hukuki niteliği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde sözleşmesinin taraflarının hak ve yükümlülükleri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise sözleşmenin sona ermesinin sebepleri, sonuçları ve sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıkların çözümü incelenmiştir.

In this study, contacted subscription contracts within the scope of the Law on consumer Protection and the Regulation on Subscription Contracts have been examined. This study consists of three parts. In the first part, information about the emergence, definition, elements and legal natura of the contract is given. In the second part, the rights and obligations of the parties to the contract are examined. In the third part, the reasons and consequences of the termination of the contract are examined.
