Isparta Merkez, 8008 Ada, 1 Parseldeki Sivil Mimari Örneği Binanın Koruma Projesi

Abstract

Isparta, coğrafi konumu, kültürel ve doğal zenginlikleri ile geçmişten günümüze kadar birçok uygarlığa, farklı din ve kültürlere ev sahipliği yapmıştır. Bölgede yaşamını sürdürmüş Isparta halkının ihtiyaçları, aile zenginliği ve arsanın durumu eski Isparta evlerinin şekillenmesinde önemli bir rol oynamıştır. Eski Isparta evleri çevresel etkiler, vandalizm, depremler, yangınlar vb. sebeplerden ötürü yok olma tehlikesiyle karşı karşıyadır. Bu çalışmada, kısmen bozulmuş, kayıplar yaşanmış ve ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda çeşitli değişikliklere uğramış olan eski Isparta evlerinden Gazi Kemal mahallesi, 8008 ada, 1 parseldeki sivil mimari örneği bina incelenmiş, belgeleme ve analizleri yapılarak koruma projesi hazırlanmıştır. Tez kapsamında öncelikle binanın rölövesi hazırlanıp, hasar ve malzeme analizleri yapılmıştır. Daha sonra çevrede o döneme ait yapılar incelenip, elde edinilen bilgi ve belgeler ve yapının sunduğu veriler doğrultusunda restitüsyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Restitüsyon projesi baz alınarak hazırlanan restorasyon projesinde müdahale önerileri sunulmuş, yapının özgün karakterini ortaya çıkartıp, yeniden işlevlendirmek ve özgün strüktür ve malzemesiyle varlığını sürdürmesi amacıyla restorasyon önerisi sunulmuştur.

Isparta, with its geographical location, cultural and natural wealth, has been home to many civilizations, different religions and cultures over the past till the present time. The needs of the Isparta’s people who lived in the region, the family wealth and the condition of the land played an important role in the formation of the old Isparta houses. Currently, old Isparta houses are threatened by permanent loss, as they are endangered by environmental influences, vandalism, earthquakes, fires, etc. In this study, historic residential building of Isparta, located in Gazi Kemal neighborhood, 8008 island, in 1 plot was studied in detail. Over the time this building faced partial damages and loss of values, as well as various changes due to the different needs. The buildings was surveyed, analyzed and in final project for its preservation was prepared. Within the scope of the thesis, the building was surveyed and its current state was recorded. Further on, damages and material analyses were carried out. Afterward, the structures from the surrounding which belong to the same period were examined which gave valuable information for the purpose of a restitution project, together with the data provided by the structure. In final, the Restoration project was prepared on the basis of the Restitution project. In this phase intervention proposals were presented, and a restoration proposal was presented. All together helped to reveal the original character of the structure, to restore it and to continue its authentic existence in the future.
