Kâtibzâde Mehmed Refî’ Efendi Hayatı ve Eserleri

Abstract

18 yy’da yaşamış olan Kâtibzâde Mehmed Refî’ Efendi, hekim, şâir ve hattat kimliği ile dönemin büyük entelektüelleri arasında bilinmektedir. Kâtibzâde, hat sanatında sülüs, nesih, dîvanî ve nesta‘lik yazılarda hayli güzel eserler bırakmış kabiliyettir. Tezde onun meslek hayatında yapmış olduğu hizmetler ve farklı yönlerine temas edilmiş, hayatı ve ailesi, öğrenim durumu, tıb alanındaki çalışmaları ve şâirlik yönü yanında, Kâtibzâde’nin hat tahsili, hocaları ve talebeleri ele alınmış kendine has üslûbu incelenmiştir. Kâtibzâde Mehmed Refî’ Efendi’nin günümüze ulaşan, ulaşamamış ve gün yüzüne çıkmamış birçok eserleri bulunmakta olduğu bilinmektedir. Yaşadığı dönem itibariyle günümüze kadar gelen eserleri arasında kıt’alar, levha boyutunda yazılar, dîvanî tezkire ve birçok yapıda taşa mahkûk eserler bulunmaktadır. Bu eserler incelenip ve eserlerin altına günümüz türkçesi ile açıklamaları yapılmış ve eserler hakkında genel bilgiler yazılmıştır. Taşa mahkûk eserleri tarafımdan tek tek yerinde incelenip fotoğrafları çekilmiş, tezin ilgili sayfalarında açıklamaları ve genel bilgileriyle yer almıştır.

Kâtibzâde Mehmed Refî’ Efendi, who lived at 18 yx, is one of the great intellectuals of his era. He had very capable of writing thuluth, nesih, divani and nesta’lik. At the same time, Kâtibzâde who had been engaged in medicine for many years, was also a good poet. İn this research, Kâtibzâde Mehmed Refî’ Efendi different aspects of his profession.has been addressed. Especially in the calligraphy field, life and family of Kâtibzâde, education status, his efforts in the medical field and poetmaking are mentioned. İn his life and the differnet majors that he was into, his education status, teachers, his unique style and his own interpretation of the calligraphy were examined in the foreground in the field of calligraphy. There are many works of Kâtibzâde Mehmed Refî’ Efendi, some have survived to the present day and some have not been or yet uncovered. Among the works that have survived from the period of his life untill today, Kita’s, Plate-sized art Works, Divani tezkire and engraved-writings on stone works in many structures.These works were examined and their descriptions were made in modern Turkish and general information was written about the works. The works of engraved-writings one by one were examined and photographed by the researcher personally in the site and discribed and general information were provided.
