Haseneyn Mahlûf’un Tefsir Yöntemi (Safvetü’l-Beyân Örneği)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Mısır müftülüğü görevinde iki kez bulunan, üstlendiği görevlerde elde ettiği üstün başarılar vesilesiyle birçok ödüle layık görülen ve yaşadığı dönemin (m.1890-1990) önemli şahsiyetlerinden biri kabul edilen Haseneyn Muhammed Mahlûf’un Safvetü’l-Beyân li Meâni’l-Kur’ân isimli eseri ve onun, eserinde ortaya koyduğu tefsir yöntemi incelenmiştir. Üç bölümden oluşan çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde Haseneyn Muhammed Mahlûf’un hayatı ve eserleri ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümde onun doğumu, yetiştiği ortam, eğitim hayatı, öğretim hayatı, üstlendiği görevler, hocaları, ilmî kişiliği, çocukları ve eserleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde onun, Safvetü’l-Beyân li Meâni’l-Kur’ân isimli eserinin yöntem ve kaynakları incelenmiştir. Bu bölümde eserini yazma amacına ve eserinin genel özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Mahlûf’un, tefsir, fıkıh, hadis ve Arap dilindeki kaynaklarından nasıl istifade ettiğine değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde söz konusu eserin rivâyet, dirâyet ve Kur’ân ilimleri yönünden özellikleri ele alınmıştır. Eserin tefsir yönteminin tespit edilmeye çalışıldığı bu bölümde eser, Kur’ân ilimlerine dair birçok konu hakkında tahlil edilmiş ve Mahlûf’un tefsir yöntemi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

In this study, the work named Safvetü’l-Beyân li Meâni’l-Kur’ân of Haseneyn Muhammed Mahlûf, who was appointed as a Mufti of Egypt two times, was deemed worthy of many awards for his outstanding achievements in his duties and was accepted as one of the important personalities of his time, and his tafseer method that he elaborated in his work has been examined. In the first part of our study, which consists of three parts, the life and the works of Haseneyn Muhammed Mahlûf are discussed. In this section, information is given about his birth, the environment he grew up in, his education, his teaching, the duties he undertook, his teachers, his scientific personality, his children and his works. In the second part, the methods and sources of his work named Safvetü’l-Beyân li Meâni’l-Kur’ân were examined. In this section, the purpose of writing and the general features of his work are given. In addition, it has been mentioned how Mahluf benefited from his sources in tafseer, fiqh, hadith and Arabic language. In the third chapter, the characteristics of the work in terms of al-riwayah, al-dirayah and Qur'anic sciences are discussed. In this section, the tafseer method of the work is tried to be determined. Also in this work, many subjects related to the Qur'anic science has been analyzed and Mahlûf's tafseer method has been tried to be revealed.
