Okul Güvenliği Sorunu ve Okul Güvenliği ile İlgili Öğretmen ve Velilerin Görüşleri: Yerel Çalışma Örneği

Abstract

Son dönemde ülkeler için önemli sorunlardan biride okul güvenliği olmuştur. Bu konuda ilgili bakanlıkların ve ebeveynlerin duyarlılıkları giderek artmıştır. Okullar gün geçtikçe toplumlardaki değişimlerden de olumsuz olarak etkilenmekte daha güvensiz yerler haline gelmekte ve insanların okula güven algıları değişmektedir. Kovid -19 salgını sırasında okullardaki sağlık, temizlik ve hijyen konularının önemi bir kere daha anlaşılmıştır. Okulların her alanda güvenli ortamlar haline getirilmesi için konunun sürekli gündemde tutulması, konu ile ilgili akademik ve okul merkezli çalışmaların yapılması önemlidir. Nüfusun büyük çoğunluğunun eğitim sektörü ile doğrudan ya da dolaylı ilişkisinin olması nedeniyle kamuoyu olarak okul güvenliğine olan ilgiyi daha da arttırmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı okul güvenliği konusunda kaynak oluşturabilecek durum çalışması yapmaktır. Bu doğrultuda yapılan araştırmada, güvenlik kavramı, yerel düzeyde ele alınıp tartışılmıştır.

One of the most important problems for countries in recent years has been school safety. The sensitivity of the relevant ministries and parents on this issue has gradually increased. Schools are being negatively affected by the changes in societies day by day, they are becoming more unsafe places and people's perceptions of school trust are changing. The importance of health, cleaning and hygiene issues in schools was once again understood during the Kovid -19 epidemic. In order to make schools safe environments in all areas, it is important to keep the issue on the agenda and to carry out academic and school-centered studies on the subject. Due to the fact that the majority of the population has a direct or indirect relationship with the education sector, it further increases the public's interest in school safety. The main purpose of this study is to make a case study that can be a resource on school safety. In this study, the concept of security was handled and discussed at the local level.
