Okullarda Çatışma Çözme ve Akran Arabuluculuğunun Etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı okullarda çatışma çözme ve akran arabuluculuğu eğitiminin öğrenciler üzerindeki etkilerine ilişkin araştırmaların incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde çatşma kavramından okullarda çatışmaya uzanan kavramsal çerçeve ortaya konulmuştur. İkinci bölümde çatşıma çözme süreci, müzakere ve arabuluculuk etkenleriyle birlikte incelenmiştir ve bölüm sonunda da konuyla ilgili yurt içi ve yurt dışındaki araştırmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the studies on the effects of conflict resolution and peer mediation education in schools on students. In the first part of the study, the conceptual framework extending from the concept of conflict to conflict in schools is presented. In the second part, the conflict resolution process is examined together with the negotiation and mediation factors, and at the end of the chapter, information is given about the researches related to the subject in the country and abroad.
