Kur’an-ı Kerim Işığında İffet, Hayâ ve Müstehcenlik

Abstract

Bu tezde Kur’ân ışığında iffet, hayâ ve müstehcenlik kavramları incelenmiş, iffet ve hayânın Kur’ân’da nasıl belirtildiği ve ne anlama geldiği tespit edildikten sonra iffetsizliğin ve hayâsızlığın aynı zamanda müstehcen düşünce ve davranışların (fuhuş, zina ve eşcinsellik gibi haram kılınan yasaklı yollardan sakınmak gibi) nasıl anlatıldığı tespit edilmiştir. İffet ve hayâsızlığın yasaklanması ve bu hasletleri taşıyan yahut yaymak isteyenlerin akıbetleri ile müstehcenliğin insan ve toplum üzerindeki etkileri Kur’ân ayetleri ışığında ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. “Kur’ân Işığında İffet Hayâ ve Müstehcenlik” konusunu seçmemizdeki amaç Kur’ân ahlâk sisteminde geniş yer tutan bu konuyu Kur’ân bütünlüğü içinde anlamaya çalışıp konunun önemini ortaya koymaktır.

This thesis investigates the concept of chastity modesty and obscenity in the light of Qur’an. After determining the meaning of chastity, modesty and obscenity according to Qur’an and how it is mentioned in it, this thesis determines how assertive and loathsome ideas and behaviours (like avoiding religiously forbidden acts like prostitution, unchastely and homosexuality) are identified in Qur’an. This aims to exhibit the effects of forbidding assertiveness and to exhibit the consequence for those who have these characteristics or those who are minded to spread it and the effect of loathsomeness on the individual and society. The objective of choosing the subject, chastity modesty and obscenity is to present the importance of the topic, which has a wide coverage in the ethics system of Qur’an and is investigated on in unity with the mentioned ethics system.
