Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretiminde Öğretmenlerin Sınıf İçi Çatışma Çözümüne Yönelik Tutumları

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, 2022 yılında aktif olarak yabancı çocuklara Türkçe öğretimi yapan öğretmenlerin çatışma yönetim tutumları incelenmiştir. Araştırma da tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Yabancı dil olarak Türkçe öğretimi yapan öğretmenlerin oluşturduğu evrende; yabancı çocuklara Türkçe öğretimi yapan 224 öğretmen örneklem grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "kişisel bilgi formu‟ ve "sınıf içi çatışma çözme tutumları ölçeği‟ kullanılmıştır. Form ve ölçek internet ortamına geçirilmiş, araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlere ulaştırılmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS 21 ve AMOS programlarında analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde güvenirlik testleri, normallik testi, açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri, Anova ve t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda branş, mezun olunan fakülte, meslekte geçirilen yıl, çalışılan kademe, sınıfta sürekli çatışma yaşanıp yaşanmamasının çatışma çözmeye karşı tutumu etkilemediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Erkek öğretmenlerin kadın öğretmenlere göre daha fazla kaçınma tutumu kullandığı görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin sırasıyla iş birliği ve uzlaşma stratejisini kullandığı sonucu çıkmıştır. Diğer stratejilere karşı tutumda belli bir fark görülmemiştir.

In this research, the conflict management attitudes of teachers who actively teach Turkish to foreign children in 2022 were examined. Scanning model was used in the research. In the universe formed by the teachers teaching Turkish to foreigners; The sample group consists of 224 teachers who teach Turkish to foreign children. In the research, the 'personal information form' and the scale of in-class conflict resolution attitudes developed by the researcher were used as data collection tools. The form and scale were transferred to the internet environment and delivered to the teachers participating in the research. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS 21 and AMOS programs. Reliability tests, normality test, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, Anova and t-test were used to analyze the data. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the branch, the faculty graduated, the year spent in the profession, the level worked, whether there was a constant conflict in the classroom did not affect the attitude towards conflict resolution. It was observed that male teachers used avoidance attitude more than female teachers. It was concluded that the teachers used the cooperation and compromise strategies, respectively. There was no significant difference in attitude towards other strategies.
