Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretiminde Dinamik Güç Öğretmen

Abstract

Türkiye son yirmi yılda küreselleşen dünyada yeni bir döneme girerek yeniden kendi tanımlarını yapıyor. Bu sosyal, siyasal ve kültürel olarak yeni bir dönem. Bu sürecin en belirgin göstergelerinden biri de Türkçeye olan ilginin artmış olması. Gerek yurtdışındaki okullarımız gerek Yunus Emre Enstitüsü gerek Türk dizileri ve gerekse diğer kurumlarımız etkisiyle artık Türkçe öğrenmek isteyenler ve Türkiye’de eğitim yapmak isteyenlerin sayısı her geçen gün katlanarak artıyor. İkinci dil olarak Türkçeyi öğrenmek isteyenlerin öğretmen taleplerini karşılamak için çeşitli üniversitelerde “Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretimi” sertifika programlarıyla öğretmen yetiştirilmeye çalışılıyor. Ancak talep fazlalığı nedeniyle açık devam ediyor. Bu tez Türkçeyi ikinci dil olarak öğreten Türkçe öğretmenlerinin, Yeterlilikleri, referansları (eğitim dokümanları, kitapları vb.) beklentileri, karşılaştıkları temel sorunlar yirmi öğretmenle yapılan mülakatların da katkısıyla incelendi. Çalışma araştırmanın amacına hizmet edecek şekilde nitel araştırma yönteminde kullanılan durum çalışması deseninde tasarlandı. Araştırma yapılandırılmış alan çalışması yöntemiyle yapıldı. Araştırmanın verileri yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat tekniği kullanılarak birebir görüşmelerle, kayıt özelliği olan görüntülü aramalarla ve telefon görüşmeleriyle toplanmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmaların bulgularıyla öğretmenlerin yeterlilikleri, referansları, beklentileri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Turkey has been re-defining itself by entering a new era in the globalizing world in the last two decades. This is a new era socially, politically and culturally. One of the most obvious indicators of this process is the increased interest in Turkish. With the influence of our schools abroad, Yunus Emre Institute, Turkish TV series and other institutions, the number of those who want to learn Turkish and those who want to study in Turkey is increasing day by day. In order to meet the teacher demands of those who want to learn Turkish as a second language, various universities are trying to train teachers with "Teaching Turkish to Foreigners" certificate programs. However, the deficit continues due to excess demand. In this thesis, the competencies, references (educational documents, books, etc.) expectations of Turkish teachers who teach Turkish as a second language, and the main problems they encounter were examined with the contribution of interviews with twenty teachers. The study was designed in the case study pattern used in the qualitative research method to serve the purpose of the research. The study group of the research was determined according to the maximum study methods, one of the purposeful sampling methods. The data of the research were collected by using semi-structured interview technique, one-to-one interviews, video calls with recording feature, and phone calls. The data were analyzed by content analysis method. With the findings of the research, it was tried to determine the qualifications, references and expectations of the teachers.
