الصنعة الحديثية عند الدكتور نور الدين عتر في <إعلام الأنام شرح بلوغ المرام> الجزء الرابع نموذجًا

Abstract

ألَّف نور الدين عتر رحمه الله عددًا كبيرًا من المؤلَّفات النافعة، من بينها: "إعام الأنام شرح ل بلوغ المرام"، وهو كتاب كبير الحجم عظيم النفع. وقد تناولت في البحث بيانَ الصنعة الحديثية في هذا الكتاب، وجعلت الجزء الرابع منه أنموذجًا لعملي، واقتصرت على الجانب الحديثي فقط. وقد اعتمدت في بحثي على المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي المقارن للوصول إلى نتائج البحث. معالم الصنعة الحديثية في هذا الكتاب تقوم على إثبات الأحاديث كما هي في مصادرها الأصليَّة، وتخريج هذه الأحاديث التي يذكرها، وعلى الحديث سندًا ومتنًا وبيان رواياته المتعدِّدة، وبيان مشكل الحديث ومختلفه، وبيان سبب ورود الحديث، والتنبيه على الأخطاء التي وقع فيها بعض العلماء، إضافة إلى بعض الجوانب الفنِّيَّة المتمِّمة.

Dr. Nur al-Din Itir, Allah ona rahmet etsin, çok sayıda kitap yazmıştır: (Ilaam Al-Anam sharh Bulogh Al-Maram), dört büyük cilt halinde faydalı, önemli bir kitaptır. Bu araştırmamda bu kitaptaki hadis sanatını ele aldım ve dördüncü bölümünü çalışmama örnek aldım ve sadece hadis yönü ile sınırlı kaldı ve fıkhî yönüne işaret etmedim. dilsel veya eğitimsel yönleri ele aldım. Araştırmamda, araştırma sonuçlarına ulaşmak için karşılaştırmalı analitik tümevarım yöntemini kullandım. Bu kitaptaki hadis sanatın özellikleri dikkate alındığında Dr. Nureddin Itr -Allah rahmet eylesin-, hadisleri orijinal kaynaklarında olduğu gibi nakletmekte ve zikrettiği bu hadisleri tahric etmekte, ana konudaki hadisler ile şerhinde hadisleri zikretmekte, hadisi sened ve metinle incelemekte, rivayetleri izah etmekte, çeşitli hadis meselerini ve hadis çeşitlerini ele almakta, hadislerin vürûd sebepleri ve bazı tamamlayıcı teknik hususlara ek olarak bazı alimlerin düştüğü hatalar hakkında bazı uyarıları zikretmektedir. Araştırmada, İlamü'l-Enam kitabının, özellikle Dr. Nureddin Itr’ın yazdığı son kitaplardan biri olması nedeniyle, onu şerh kitaplarının saflarına sokan hadis sanatı beyanını içerdiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Allah ona merhamet etsin.

Dr. Nur al-Din Itir, may God have mercy on him, authored a large number of books, among them: (Ilaam Al-Anam sharh Bulogh Al-Maram), a large book of great benefit, located in four large volumes. In this research, I dealt with the statement of the hadith craftsmanship in this book, and made the fourth part of it a model for my work, and it was limited to the hadith aspect only, and I did not pay attention to the jurisprudential, linguistic or educational aspects. In my research, I relied on the comparative analytical inductive method, to reach the research results. I found that the features of the hadith craftsmanship in this book are based on Dr. Nur al-Din, may God have mercy on him, confirming the hadiths as they are in their original sources, and extracting these hadiths that he mentions, whether the hadiths of reaching the goal or the hadiths he mentions in his explanation, and his study of the hadith with a chain and a text and an explanation of its narrations The multiplicity, an explanation of the problem of the hadith and its various, an explanation of the reason for the arrival of the hadith, and a warning about the errors that some scholars have fallen into, in addition to some complementary technical aspects. The research concluded that the book Ilaam Al-Anam has contained The Statement of the hadith craftsmanship, which makes it in the ranks of the explanation books, especially since it is one of the last books written by Dr. Nur Al-Din Itir, may God have mercy on him.
