من أحكام الأذان في أزمنة انتشار الأوبئة المعدية

Abstract

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبِه أجمعين، وبعد: فإنّ الأذان شعار دارِ الإس لم، وهو الإع لمُ بدخول وقوتِ الص لة، ركنِ الإسلام العظيم، فلذلك كان لأذان أهميةٌ عظيمة، وقد ذكر الفقهاء له أحكامًا كثيرة. ل وقد اخترتُ في هذا البحث الأحكامَ التي تختصُّ بأزمنة أوبئةِ العدوى فيما يتعلَّق بالأذان، فنحن في زمن انتشارِ وباءِ كورونا، حيث أُغلقت المساجدُ في كثير من البلدان، وعُطِّل الأذانُ في بعضها، فطرأت مسائلُ تتعلَّق بذلك، فجمعتُ بعضَها في هذا البحث، ذاكرًا أقوالَ الأئمةِ وأدلَّتَهم، ورجَّحْت ما رأيتُه أقربَ إلى الدليل، على قدْْر توفيقِ الله تعالى لعبده.

Ezan, İslam yurdunun amblemi olup, İslam'ın en büyük direği olan namazın girişinin ve vaktinin bildirilmesidir, bu nedenle ezan büyük önem taşımaktadır ve fakihler bunun için birçok hüküm zikretmişlerdir.. Bu araştırmamda ezanla ilgili olarak enfeksiyon salgınlarının zamanlarına ait hükümleri seçtim ve gördüklerimin delile daha yakın olduğunu öne sürdüm.

The call to prayer is the emblem of the abode of Islam, and it is the notification of the entry and time of prayer, the great pillar of Islam, so the call to prayer has great importance, and the jurists have mentioned many rulings for it. I have chosen in this research the rulings that pertain to the times of infection epidemics in relation to the call to prayer. We are in the time of the spread of the Corona epidemic, as mosques were closed in many countries, and the call to prayer was suspended in some of them, and issues related to this arose, so I collected some of them in this research, mentioning the sayings of the imams and their evidence. And I preferred what I saw was closer to the evidence, as much as God Almighty bestowed success on His servant.
