Tarihi Yapılardaki Çağdaş Eklerin Koruma ve Tasarım Bağlamı Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Tarihi dokuda sürekliliği sağlamak ve devam ettirmek amacıyla tarihi yapılara getirilen çağdaş ek ve ek yapı kullanımını, yaygın olarak dünyada ve ülkemizde yapılan örnekler üzerinden yaklaşım, ölçüt ve yöntemleriyle irdelemeyi hedefleyen tez beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Amaçlar doğrultusunda bir kapsam oluşturulmuş ve yöntem belirlenerek çalışma ilerlemiştir. Tezin ikinci bölümünde tarihi çevre kavramı ve süreklilik kavramları irdelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda koruma ve restorasyon kavramları ve bu kavramların tarihsel gelişimleri incelenmiştir. Dünyada ve Türkiye'de restorasyon kavramının çeşitli yasalar ve bildiriler doğrultusunda ilerleyişinden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise tarihi dokuda yeni yapılaşma kapsamında gündeme gelen çağdaş ek ve ek yapı yaklaşımları, ölçütleri ve kullanım yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu üç başlığın alt başlıkları üzerinden detaylı bir şekilde ele alınan ek konusu çeşitli örneklerle beslenmiştir. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde tezin teorik kısmı dünyada ve Türkiye'de son dönemde yapılan örneklerle desteklenmiş, önceki bölümlerde belirlenen ölçüt ve yöntemler doğrultusunda irdelenmiştir. Bu örnek incelemesinde yaklaşım, ölçüt ve yöntem gibi parametrelerin bulunduğu bir tablo şablon olarak kullanılmıştır. Uygulamaların olumlu veya olumsuz sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Tezin son bölümü olan beşinci kısımda, çalışma boyunca yapılan tüm araştırma ve analizlerle hangi sonuçlar elde edildiği ve tarihi yapılara çağdaş ek ve ek yapı tasarlanırken hangi çerçeveden bakılıp nasıl bir yol izlenmesi gerektiği belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

The thesis, which aims to examine the use of contemporary additions and additional buildings to historical buildings in order to maintain and maintain continuity in the historical texture, is composed of five parts with its approaches, criteria and methods based on examples commonly made in the world and in our country. The aim, scope and method of the study were discussed in the first part of the study. A scope was established for the purposes and a method was determined and the work progressed. In the second part of the thesis, the concept of historical environment and the concepts of continuity are examined. In this respect, conservation and restoration concepts and historical development of these concepts were examined. The concept of restoration has been mentioned in the world and in Turkey in accordance with various laws and declarations. In the third section, contemporary additions and additional building approaches, criteria and methods of use, which are brought up within the scope of new construction in historical texture, are discussed. The additional subject of these three titles, which are discussed in detail through the sub-headings, is fed by various examples. In the fourth part of the study, the theoretical part of the thesis was supported by recent examples in the world and in Turkey and examined in accordance with the criteria and methods determined in the previous sections. In this example, a table with parameters such as approach, criteria, and method was used as a template. The positive or negative results of the applications were evaluated. The fifth part, the final part of the thesis, attempted to determine which results were obtained through all the research and analysis carried out throughout the study and which framework should be looked at the historical buildings and the way in which they should be followed while designing contemporary additions and additional buildings.
