Abstract

Arsa payı karşılığı inşaat sözleşmesi, tam iki tarafa borç yükleyen bir sözleşmedir. Yüklenicinin inşaattaki ayıplardan sorumlu tutulabilmesi, arsa sahibinin gözden geçirme ve bildirim faaliyetini yerine getirmesine bağlıdır. Çalışmamızda gözden geçirme ve bildirim faaliyeti tüm yönleriyle ele alınacaktır.
