Abstract

اتجاهات التفسير بالرأي المحمود و هو عبارة عن تفسير القرآن بالاجتهاد و الرأي بعد معرفة المفسر كلام العرب م مناحيم في القول و معرفته للألفاظ العربية ووجوه دلالتها... واستعانته بالشعر الجاهلي، ووقوفه على أسباب النزول و معرفة الناسخ و المنسوخ من آيات القرآن الكريم و الأحاديث النبوية و غير ذلك من الأدوات التي يحتاج إليها المفسرون... ويسمى التفسير بالدراية أيضا لأنه يقوم على إعمال العقل عمق النظر في الحصول على معاني الآيات واستد لالاتها و استخراج الأحكام منها.

Bilindiği üzere re’y tefsiri makbul ve merdut olmak üzere iki kısma ayrılır. Bu makalede makbul olan re’y tefsirlerindeki farklı yönelişleri ele aldık. Nitekim re’y tefsiri denildiğinde sadece bir çeşit tefsir yöntemi anlaşılmamakta, pek çok üslup ve yönelişin bulunduğu akla gelmektedir. Örneğin itikadi konularda müfessirin, re’yini kullanarak yaptığı tefsirler olduğu gibi fıkhî meselelerde de re’yini kullanarak yaptığı tefsirler mevcuttur. Aynı şekilde belagat, toplumbilim, tasavvuf vb. konularda da re’y tefsiri kullanılmıştır. Burada re’y tefsirinin yönelmiş olduğu bu alanların neler olduğunu tesbit ettik. Akabinde bu konularda yazılmış önemli bazı eser ve müelliflerine yer verip bu eserler hakkında ne tür eleştiriler yapıldığına değindik. Daha sonra ise bu alanların hepsi olmasa da birçoğu ile ilgili alıntı metinlere yer vererek konunun daha iyi anlaşılmasına gayret ettik. Son olarak genel bir değerlendirme ile makalemizi tamamladık.

As is known, the commentary by judgement (al-tafseer bi’l-ra’y) is divided into two parts as acceptable and unacceptable. In this article we studied different drifts in the commentary by judgement. When it comes to the commentary by judgement it does not come to mind only one kind of style of the commentary. There are a lot of styles and drifts in the commentary. For example, there are commentaries which are interpreted by judgement in subjects related with doctrine and there are commentaries which are interpreted by judgement in subjects related with Islamic jurisprudence as well. The commentary by judgement has been likewise used in rhetoric, sociology, mysticism, etc. We have determined what are those fields twords that the commentary by judgement has gone. After that we studied some important books which are written in this field and their authors and we mentioned what kinds of criticism have been made. We tried to clarify the topic by giving some quote of text in most this fields. Finally, we finished our article with general evaluation.
