Kosova/Yakova sefa camisi’nin projelendirme süreci

Abstract

Kosova’nın Yakova şehir merkezindeki Sefa (Seyfüddin Ziya Efendi) Camisi, Osmanlı Dönemi’nin sonlarına doğru, 1842 yılında yaptırılmıştır. Makalemizde yapının tarihçesi, yapısal özellikleri anlatılarak, sonrasında da üstlenmiş olduğumuz proje çalışmalarına değinilecektir. Şu anda birçok yapısal ve mimari sorunları olan caminin rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projesinin hazırlanması ve projenin uygulanması konusunda, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Başbakanlık Vakıflar Genel Müdürlüğü (VGM), Kosova İslam Birliği tarafından anlaşma imzalanmıştır. Caminin rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projesi hizmet işini, A PROJE Mühendislik Mimarlık Müşavirlik İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi üstlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda yapı ile ilgili çalışmalara başlanmış, tarihi araştırmalarla birlikte teknik araştırmalar da yapılmış, rölöve, restitüsyon ve restorasyon projeleri hazırlanmıştır.

The Sefa (Seyfüddin Ziya Efendi) Mosque which is located in central Gjakova of Kosova was built in 1842, during the late Ottoman Era. The essay mentions about the historical background of the building, architectural features and the projection tasks regarding to restoration of the monument. The building has currently several architectural and staticalproblems.An agreement was signed between the Directorate General of Foundations and Kosovo Islamic Committee in terms of preparation of the site survey, restitution, restoration projects of the Mosque and the implementation of the Project. Preparation of the site survey, restitution, restoration projects of the Mosque was achieved by A PROJE Engineering Architecture Consultancy L.L.C. In this context, works have started and both historical and technical researches were carried out before the Project Works were finalized.
