"Eğitim Ortamlarında Öğretimsel Liderlik Davranışları" Konulu Lisansüstü Tezlerin İncelenmesi: Bir Durum Çalışması

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, 2000-2020 yılları arasında öğretimsel liderlik alanında lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Belirlenen kriterlere göre Yükseköğretim Kurumu (YÖK) Ulusal Tez Merkezinde 71’i yüksek lisans ve 6’sı doktora tezi olmak üzere toplam 77 adet tez tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma, araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak durum çalışması desenine göre yürütülmüş, veriler dokumanlar incelenerek toplanmış, verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Öğretimsel liderlik alanındaki tezlerin tamamı eğitim öğretim alanında yapıldığı görülmüştür. Tezlerin %80’nin 2010 yılı ve sonraki yıllarda yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Genel olarak lisansüstü tezlerde en fazla okul müdürlerinin öğretim liderliği ile olumlu okul iklimi oluşturma arasındaki ilişki ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmayla Türkiye’deki eğitim ortamlarında öğretimsel liderlik davranışları hakkında yazılan doktora ve tezlerin, amaçları, ortaya koyduğu fikirler, ortak yanları ve farklılıkları incelenmiştir. Üniversiteler ve şehir düzeyinde yazılan tezler kavramsal olarak incelenerek Türkiye şeması oluşturulmuştur.

In this research, it is aimed to examine the postgraduate theses in the field of instructional leadership between the years 2000-2020. According to the determined criteria, a total of 77 theses, 71 of which are master's and 6 are doctoral theses, have been identified in the National Thesis Center of the Higher Education Institution (YÖK). The study was carried out according to the case study pattern in accordance with the purpose of the research, the data were collected by examining the documents, descriptive analysis and content analysis were used in the analysis of the data. It has been seen that all of the theses in the field of instructional leadership were made in the field of education. It was determined that 80% of the theses were made in 2010 and the following years. In general, the relationship between the instructional leadership of school principals and creating a positive school climate is mostly discussed in postgraduate theses. In this study, the aims, ideas, common aspects and differences of doctorate and theses written about instructional leadership behaviors in educational environments in Turkey were examined. The theses written at the universities and the city level were analyzed conceptually and the scheme of Turkey was created.
