عرض كتاب قواعد الترجيح عند المفسرِّين للحربي دراسة نظر ية تطبيقية

Abstract

أصل هذا الكتاب رسالة ماجستير أعدَّها الباحث حسين بن علي الحربي، تتكوَّن من تمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة. هَدَفَ الباحثُ فيها إلى دراسة قواعد كلِّيَّة تُساعد في ترجيح الصواب أو الأولى من الأقوال التفسيرية المختلفة حول الآيات، وجمع فيها مستخدمًا المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي قرابَةَ خمسين قاعدة كلِّيَّة ترجيحية تتعلَّق بالنصِّ القرآني والسنة النبوية والآثار والقرائن ولغة العرب؛ لعلَّها تكون مجا لباحثي التفسير وعلوم القرآن في تطوير قواعد كلِّيَّة يغلب عليها ل وجهة نظر التفسير وعلوم القرآن في الترجيح، وهذا ما يميِّز هذه الدراسة. ومن ناحية أخرى، مال الكاتب إلى تخطئة تأوي لتِ المفسرين المتأخِّرين من أهل السنَّة والجماعة كُلَّما وجد فرصة إلى ا هذا؛ خاصَّة في آيات الصفات الخبرية كالاستواء على العرش، مع تصويب رأي سلفيةِ العصر في هذه المسائل، وهو مما يُخِلُّ بموضوعية الرسالة.

Çalışmaya konu olan bu kitabın aslı bir yüksek lisans tezidir. Hüseyin b. Ali el-Harbî tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Tez; giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Yazar, tezinde âyetlerin tefsiri sadedinde serdedilen farklı görüşlerden doğruyu veya en iyiyi seçmeye yardımcı olacak küllî kâideleri araştırmayı hedeflemiştir. Tezinde tümevarım ve analitik yöntemini kullanarak Kur’an metni, peygamber sünneti, sahâbe ve tâbiîn tefsiri, metin yorumu ipuçları ve Arap diline ilişkin elliye yakın küllî tercih kâideyi bir araya getirmiştir. Tefsir ve ulûmu’l-Kur’an araştırmacılarına, sözü edilen tercih hususunda tefsir ve ulûmu’l-Kur’an bakış açısının ağır bastığı küllî kâideler geliştirmeye kapı aralaması, tezin özellikleri arasında sayılabilir. Diğer yandan yazarın bazı kâidelerin tatbiki esnâsında her fırsat bulduğunda Ehl-i sünnet müteahhir müfessirlerin, zâhir anlam yönüyle Allah Teâlâ’ya nispeti aklen mümkün olmayan sıfatlara işaret eden âyetler hakkındaki tevillerini hatalı bulması ve doğru yoldan sapmalarına sebep sayması, ayrıca bu hususta selefîliği haklı bulması, tezin objektifliğine halel getiren unsurlardandır.

The original text of the book which is discussed in this study is a master thesis written by Hussein Ali Al- Harbi. The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, and conclusion. The author aimed to research on general principles to prefer the right one or the best one among different views propounded in regards to the interpretation of the verses. The author used the inductive and analytical methods and compiled nearly 50 different general principles of preference, related to the Quranic text, the Sunnah of The Prophet, the interpretation of the companions and Tābi‘īn (followers of the companions), tips for textual interpretation, and Arabic Language. It can be referred among the features of the thesis that, the study opened a new door for the researchers of interpretation and Ulum Al-Qur’an to the way of developing general principles in which the interpretation and Ulum Al-Qur’an predominate in terms of the mentioned preference. On the other hand, there are some factors that prejudice the objectivity of the thesis; he thinks that the commentaries of the Ahl Al Sunnah Muteahhirin regarding verses indicating the attributes which are mentally impossible to compare to Allah Al Mighty are erroneous. He claims this is one of the reasons of their deviation from the righteous path and he also agrees with the Salafism in this issue.
