Yabancılara Türkçe Öğretiminde Dijitalleşmenin İmkân ve Sınırlılıkları

Abstract

Dijitalleşmenin hızla artması ile yaşamımızda yer alan birçok faaliyet dijital ortamlarda yerini almıştır. Dijitalleşme alanında toplumda yaşanan değişim ve dönüşüm eğitim alanında da kendini göstermiştir. Eğitim, toplumun tarım toplumundan dijital toplum haline gelmesi gibi aşamalardan geçmiştir. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin sürekli kendini yenilemesi eğitim alanındaki hızlı değişimi gerekli kılmıştır. Covid-19 küresel salgını ile yüz yüze eğitime bir süre ara verilmiş ve eğitim öğretim faaliyetleri dijital ortamda gerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu durum yabancılara Türkçe öğretimine dijitalleşmenin imkân ve sınırlılıkları açısından bakmayı gerekli kılmıştır. Yabancılara Türkçenin öğretiminde teknolojinin kullanılması kaçınılmazdır. Öğretimi sürdürebilmek için gerekli olan teknik alt yapı gereksinimleri, kötü amaçlı yazılım ve web sitelerinden korunma, lisanslı ürün kullanımı, internete erişimde kolaylık, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin gereken teknik bilgiye sahip olmaları dersin işlenişinde teknik anlamda olması gereken unsurlar arasında yer almaktadır. Ayrıca kurumlardaki teknik servis sunacak personelin olması da öğretimde teknik destek açısından önemli yer tutmaktadır. Müfredat açısından ise dijital ortamlardaki etkinlik ve dersler müfredata uygun olmalıdır. Öğretmenler ve öğrenciler gereken dijital bilgi ve yeterlilik seviyesine sahip olmalıdır ve bu konuda kendilerini sürekli yenilemelidirler. Eğitimde sürdürülebilirlik amacına yönelik olarak yabancılara Türkçenin öğretiminde dijitalleşmenin imkân ve sınırlılıkları ulaşılan bilgiler çerçevesinde incelenmiştir.

With the rapid increase in digitalisation, many activities in our lives have taken place in digital environments. The change and transformation in society in the field of digitalisation has also showed itself in the field of education. Education has gone through stages such as the transformation of society from an agricultural society to a digital society. The continuous self-renewal of information and communication technologies has required rapid change in the field of education. With the Covid 19 global pandemic, face-to-face education was paused for a while and education and training activities were tried to be carried out in digital environment. This situation has made it necessary to look at teaching Turkish to foreigners in terms of the possibilities and limitations of digitalisation. The use of technology in teaching Turkish to foreigners is inevitable. The technical infrastructure requirements necessary to continue teaching, protection from malicious software and websites, use of licensed products, the ease of access to the internet, and the technical knowledge of teachers and students are among the elements that should be technically necessary in the teaching of the course. In addition, the availability of staff to provide technical service in the institutions is also important in terms of technical support in teaching. In terms of curriculum, activities and lessons in digital environments should be in accordance with the curriculum. Teachers and students should have the required level of digital knowledge and competence and should constantly renew themselves in this regard. For the purpose of sustainability in education, digitalisation in teaching Turkish to foreigners has been examined within the framework of the information on possibilities and limitations.
