Okul Kültürünün Öğretmenlerin İş Motivasyonuna Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı yerli ve yabancı literatürde okul kültürü ve öğretmenlerin iş motivasyonunu ele alan çalışmaları belirli kriterlere göre incelemektedir. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelenmesi modeline göre tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri literatür taraması yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda 2010-2022 döneminde okul kültürü ve öğretmenlerin iş motivasyonunu ele alan hem basılı hem de elektronik materyaller gözden geçirilmiştir. Araştırmaya dâhil edilen çalışmalar hem nicel hem de nitel yollarla sınıflandırılmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Veriler analiz edilirken içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda incelenen çalışmaların çoğunluğunun makale türünde olduğu, çalışmalarda genellikle değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için nicel araştırma yöntemi ve ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Bunun yanında öne çıkan sonuçlara göre okul kültürü ve iş motivasyonu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to examine the studies on school culture and teachers' work motivation in domestic and foreign literature according to certain criteria. The study was designed according to the document analysis model, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The data of the study were obtained by the literature review method. In this direction, both printed and electronic materials dealing with school culture and teachers' work motivation for the period 2010-2022 were reviewed. The studies included in the study were classified and analyzed in both quantitative and qualitative ways. Content analysis method was used while analyzing the data. At the end of the study, it was seen that the majority of the studies examined were in the type of articles, and the quantitative research method and the relational survey model were generally used to determine the relationship between the variables. In addition, according to the prominent results, it was seen that there is a significant relationship between school culture and work motivation.
