Parallel to the population density it hosts, the use of sustainable building technologies in highenergy- demanding buildings will be effective on reducing the energy requirement of the building and it will reduce the demand for energy grid by producing some of the energy required. Sustainability is a way of life, which can be achieved by using renevvable energy sources that constantly refresh themselves instead of fossil-driven fuels that increase environmental pollution and which do not prevent the needs of future generations while meeting their own needs. Sustainability having ecological, social and economic dimensions is possible only if these three independent, but mutually supporting each other, dimensions exist at the same time. The ecological dimension covers to reduce the environmental damage; to prevent the unconscious consumption of resources; as well as it covers low maintenance and cost of use; the social dimension covers the relationship of people with spaces. It is not possible to separate the concepts of sustainability and sustainable development from architectural thinking and discipline. These concepts are described in the field of architecture as 'sustainable architecture', ecological architecture, sustainable design and green architecture. Sustainable architecture covers issues to be listed as using local materials, using renevvable energy resources, minimizing the risks of effective building area design, water and energy protection, waste management, health and safety, ensuring healthy indoor air quality, protecting biodiversity, avoiding harmful and hazardous materials, using recycled material. The high building is The building that can be perceived from the long distances being higher than the silhouette around. The use of sustainable building technologies is very important in high buildings with a high-energy requirement parallel to the population density.
