Özet
The escalating demand for electric vehicles (EVs) has underscored the necessity for devising and implementing innovative EV charging techniques, rendering it a pressing concern. In this investigation, we put forward an innovative energy allocation model designed to optimize the service quality of mobile charging stations (MCS), a nascent EV charging approach in the scholarly domain, while concurrently guaranteeing equity among EV users. The proposed method is evaluated against classical division rules, which are proportional (PR), constrained equal awards (CEA), and constrained equal losses (CEL) rules, using Jain's fairness index. The results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm provides an optimal solution in terms of quality-ofservice (QoS), fairness index, and the number of EVs charged above the critical level, with a total score 6.83% to 35.74% higher than the classical methods.
