Büyükada Lev Troçki Evi koruma ve yeniden işlevlendirme projesi

Abstract

Bu tez, İstanbul Bu?yu?kada'da bulunan tarihi Lev Troc?ki Evi'nin restorasyonu ve yeniden is?levlendirilmesi u?zerine bir aras?tırmayı ele almaktadır. Lev Troc?ki Evi, önemli tarihi ve ku?ltu?rel bir yapı olup, Lev Troc?ki'nin 1929-1933 yılları arasında su?rgu?nde bulundug?u dönemde konakladıg?ı bir mekândır. Bu tez, evin tarihî ve mimari özelliklerini incelemekte ve restorasyon su?recini ele almaktadır. Aras?tırmanın ilk bölu?mu?nde, Lev Troc?ki Evi'nin tarihî ve mimari önemi vurgulanmıs?tır. Evin tarihi arka planı, mimari özellikleri ve ku?ltu?rel deg?eri incelenmis?tir. İkinci bölu?mde, restorasyonun önemi ve gereklilig?i u?zerine odaklanılmıs?tır. Tarihi yapıların korunması ve restorasyonunun ku?ltu?rel mirasın su?rdu?ru?lebilirlig?i ac?ısından önemi vurgulanmıs?tır. Üc?u?ncu? bölu?mde, Lev Troc?ki Evi'nin restorasyon su?reci ayrıntılı olarak ele alınmıs?tır. Rölöve ve restitu?syon c?alıs?maları, yapısal analizler ve malzeme analizleri u?zerinde durulmus?tur. Dördu?ncu? bölu?mde, restorasyonun pratik as?amaları ve yöntemleri incelenmis?tir. Restorasyon su?recinde kullanılacak teknikler, malzemeler ve is?c?ilik detayları ele alınmıs?tır. Bes?inci bölu?mde, Lev Troc?ki Evi'nin yeniden is?levlendirilmesi stratejileri ve uygulamaları tartıs?ılmıs?tır. Ev, ku?ltu?rel ve tarihi deg?erlerine saygı duyarak, modern ihtiyac?lara uygun bir s?ekilde nasıl yeniden is?levlendirilebileceg?i u?zerine c?es?itli öneriler sunulmus?tur. Sonuc? ve tartıs?ma bölu?mu?nde ise, yapılan restorasyonun bas?arıları ve zorlukları deg?erlendirilmis?, gelecekteki restorasyon projelerine yönelik öneriler sunulmus?tur. v Bu tez, Lev Troc?ki Evi'nin tarihî ve mimari deg?erini koruma ve gelecek nesillere aktarma c?abalarına katkı sag?lamak amacıyla gerc?ekles?tirilmis?tir. This thesis deals with research on the restoration and re-functioning of the historic Leon Trotsky House in Bu?yu?kada, Istanbul. Lev Trotsky House is an important historical and cultural building and was the residence of Lev Trotsky during his exile between 1929 and 1933. This thesis examines the historical and architectural features of the house and discusses the restoration process. In the first chapter of the research, the historical and architectural importance of Lev Trotsky House is emphasized. The historical background, architectural features and cultural value of the house are analyzed. The second chapter focuses on the importance and necessity of restoration. The importance of conservation and restoration of historical buildings for the sustainability of cultural heritage is emphasized. In the third chapter, the restoration process of Lev Trotsky House is discussed in detail. Survey and restitution studies, structural analysis and material analysis are emphasized. In the fourth chapter, the practical stages and methods of restoration are analyzed. Techniques, materials and workmanship details to be used in the restoration process are discussed. In the fifth chapter, strategies and practices for the re-functioning of the Lev Trotsky House are discussed. Various suggestions are presented on how the house can be re-functionalized in accordance with modern needs while respecting its cultural and historical values. In the conclusion and discussion chapter, the successes and challenges of the restoration are evaluated and recommendations for future restoration projects are presented. vii This thesis aims to contribute to the efforts to preserve the historical and architectural value of the Lev Trotsky House and to pass it on to future generations. The research on the restoration process and repurposing strategies makes an important contribution to the preservation of historical buildings and the sustainability of cultural heritage.
