Türkiye Türkçesinde Bağlama İşlevli De- Fiili

Abstract

Türkçenin farklı saha ve dönemlerinde pek çok kullanımıyla dikkat çeken fiillerden biri de- fiilidir. Bu fiilin Türkiye Türkçesinde, farklı yapılanmalar içinde bağlama işleviyle de kullanılabildiği görülmektedir. Çoğunlukla, bir sözcüğün tekrarıyla oluşan hem ... hem, ister . . ister gibi ikili bağlaçlara benzeyen bu yapılanmalar, dilbilgisi çalışmalarında sıralanan bağlaçlar kadar kalıplaşmış değildir. Ancak buna rağmen fiilin temel anlamıyla kullanılmadığı ve bağlama işlevinin belirgin olduğu bu yapılanmalar, söz konusu çalışmaların bağlaçlar bölümünde mutlaka değerlendirilmelidir.

One of the most intriguing verbs in Turkish has been the verb -de with its multiple usages ın different periods and lınguistıc domains of Turkish. This study plausibly indicates that the verb -de can be used in different constructions such as in the function of conjunction in Turkey Turkish. The conjunctional function of -de in Turkish has not been listed in grammar books, whereas paraHel conjunctions such as hem . hem and ister ... ister are, to a great extent, se en in all grammar books. The possible reason is that the conjunctional function of the verb -de has not been as strıctly fıxed expressian as the unmarked parallel conjunctions. In spite of this function of the verb -de, the verb itself is not used in its literal meaning in conjunctional sense. However, the conjunctional sense and use of the verb -de should be evaluated with other already fixed unmarked conjunctions as illustrated above.
