The concept of decent work consists of four fundamental dimensions: employment opportunities, rights at work, social protection, and social dialogue, and was defined by the ILO in 1999. The concept aims to ensure that workers are employed under conditions that respect their freedom, equality, security, and human rights. The aim of this study, within the context of economics, business, and policy, is to evaluate women’s perceptions of decent work indicators in the service sector in Türkiye. Data were collected from 234 female workers through a survey conducted between June and August 2025 and analyzed using quantitative methods. The findings show that women have a lower perception, particularly in terms of social dialogue and employment opportunities. Furthermore, significant differences were found according to variables such as marital status, parenthood, education level, and length of employment. The results reveal that decent work conditions are not fully provided in women's employment in Türkiye.
