Mehmed El-Medenî Et-Trabzonî'nin El-Câmiu'l-A'zam Fi Esmâi Nebiyyine'l-Mu'azzam Adlı Eserinin İnceleme ve Tahkiki

Abstract

Araştırmamız, 18. yüzyıl Osmanlı âlimlerinden Süleymaniye Müderrisi Mehmed el-Medenî et-Trabzonî’ye ait olan, Peygamber Efendimiz sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem’in ism-i şeriflerinin derlendiği, müellifin kendi el yazısıyla kaleme aldığı “el-Câmiu’l-A'zam fi Esmâi Nebiyyine’l-Mu'azzam” adlı yazma eserin tanıtımı ve tahkikini içermektedir. Tez üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Esmâ-i Nebi kavramı ve literatürü incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Mehmed el-Medenî et-Trabzonî’nin hayatı ve eserleri ve “el-Câmiu’l-A'zam fi Esmâi Nebiyyine’l-Mu'azzam” adlı eserinin muhtevası, metodu ve özellikleri açısından değerlendirilmesi ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümde müellifin hayatına kısaca değinilmiş, müellif hakkında derlediğimiz bilgilere yer verilmiş ve tespit edebildiğimiz eserleri zikredilmiştir. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde ise yazma eserin tahkik edilmiş metnine yer verilmiş ve hadislerin kaynakları belirtilmiştir.

Our research is about the 18th-century Ottoman scholar Mehmed el-Medenî et-Trabzonî, who compiled the Nobel names of the Prophet Muhammed (peace and blessings be upon him) with his own handwriting in his compilation entitled “el- Câmiu’l-A'zam fi Esmâi Nebiyyine’l-Mu'azzam”. This study includes an introduction to, and verification of, the compilation. This thesis consists of three main parts. The first part explanation and the concept Esmâ-i Nebi and literature review of literature. The second part comprising of Mehmed el-Medenî et-Trabzonî's life and an evaluation of the method and content of the compilation. The life of the author is mentioned briefly, the information we have collected about the author is mentioned and the works that we can identify are mentioned. In the second part of the thesis, the text of the manuscript is included and the sources of the hadiths are verified.
