Manisa İli Sarıgöl İlçesi Alemşahlı İlkokulu’ndaki Öğrenci Ailelerinin Beklentisi

Abstract

Bu araştırma Alemşahlı İlkokulu’nda öğrencisi bulunan ailelerin; öğretmenden, okuldan ve devletten beklentilerini belirlemeye yönelik bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Manisa ili Sarıgöl ilçesindeki Alemşahlı İlkokulu’nda öğrencileri olan 6 aile ile oluşturmaktadır. Veriler nitel yöntemlerle toplanmış ve analiz edilmiştir. Veri toplamada yarı yapılandırılmış, açık uçlu sorular kullanılmıştır. Bulgularda aileler; iletişime yönelik öğretmenin güler yüzlü olmasını, ayrım yapmamasını, aile ile iletişim halinde olmasını beklemektedir. Eğitim-öğretim açısından öğretmenin; çocuğunu gelecekte iyi birer insan olarak yetiştirmesini, din, vatan, millet, bayrak gibi değerleri kazandırmasını, öğretmenin ödüllerle çocuğunu öğrenmeye teşvik etmesini, öğretmenin daha somut etkinlikler yapmasını ve sosyal aktiviteler yaptırmasını, kitap okutmasını ve bu yolla çocuğun okuduğunu anlamasını sağlamasını beklemektedir. Uygulamalarla eğitimi kalıcı hale getirmesini, konuları gerçek yaşamla bağlantı kurarak işlemesini ve öğrencinin zihninde bunu oluşturmasını beklemektedir. Öğretmenin eğitimi teknoloji ile desteklemesini beklemektedir. Aileler, okuldaki eğitimden ve ödevlerden haberdar olmayı ve bu sayede çocuğunu takip edebilmeyi beklemektedir. Her sınıf için ayrı ayrı sınıf açılmasını istemektedir. İngilizce, rehberlik gibi derslere öğretmen gönderilmesini beklemektedir. Bahçelerin aktif kullanılmasını, el işi, bahçe işi, çamur oynama, kum havuzu, satranç gibi etkinlikler yapılmasını ve öğrencilerin tüm zamanının nitelikli doldurulmasını beklemektedir. Ayrıca laboratuar açılması, bilgisayar odası, akıllı tahta, tablet, forma, kantin, kütüphane, lojman gibi ihtiyaçların devlet tarafından karşılanması, güvenlik görevlisinin devlet tarafından çalıştırılması, kameralarla güvenliğin sağlanması, temizlik görevinin profesyonel kişiler tarafından yapılması, herkesin temizlikçi diye alınmaması, okul giderlerinin devlet tarafından karşılanması beklentiler arasındadır.This research was conducted with the families who have students in Alemşahlı Primary School; It is a study aimed at determining expectations from teachers, schools and the state. The study group of the research consists of 6 families who are students of Alemşahlı Primary School in Sarıgöl district of Manisa province in the 2021-2022 academic year. Data were collected and analyzed using qualitative methods. Semi-structured, open-ended questions were used in data collection. Families in the findings; expects the communication-oriented teacher to be friendly, not to discriminate, and to be in contact with the family. In terms of education, the teacher; He expects them to raise their children as good people in the future, to teach them values such as religion, homeland, nation and flag, to encourage their child to learn with awards, to make more concrete activities and social activities, to read books and to help the child understand what they read. She expects her to make the education permanent with applications, to process the subjects in connection with real life and to create this in the mind of the student. It expects the teacher to support education with technology. Families expect to be informed about the education and homework at school and thus to be able to follow their child. It wants a separate class to be opened for each class. It expects teachers to be sent to classes such as English and guidance. It expects the active use of the gardens, activities such as handicraft, gardening, mud playing, sandbox, chess, and the students to fill all their time with quality. In addition, opening a laboratory, meeting the needs such as computer room, smart board, tablet, uniform, canteen, library, lodging, etc. by the state, employing the security guard by the state, providing security with cameras, cleaning by professional people, not everyone being taken as a cleaner, school expenses being paid by the state. are among the expectations.
