Abstract

Çekte muhatap için kabul yasağı öngörülmüştür. Teyitli çek, bu yasaklara istinaden güven artırıcı beyanlara duyulan ihtiyac neticesinde ortaya çıkan bir ihtiyaç türüdür. Çalışmamızda öncelikle çekte muhataba ilişkin yasaklar ortaya konulacak sonrasında özel bir çek türü olarak teyitli çekin özellikleri irdelenecektir.

The acceptance prohibition to the bank was envisaged. A check is a special type of check that arises from the need for confidence building statements based on these prohibitions. In our study, firstly the prohibitions related to the bank will be releaved, and then, as a special type of check, the affixed check features will be examined.
