Psikolojik Danışma ve Rehberlik Öğretmeni Olmayan Okullarda Okul Yöneticilerinin Karşılaştığı Sorunların Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Öğretmeni olmayan okullarda okul yöneticilerinin karşılaştığı sorunların değerlendirilmesi hakkında araştırma yapmak ve bu sorunların neler olduğunu öğrenmektir. Araştırmanın modeli eylem araştırması olup, araştırmanın çalışma grubu Kocaeli İli Çayırova İlçesi’nde bulunan Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Öğretmeni olmayan okullardaki okul yöneticileridir. Veri toplama aracı yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme için hazırlanmış soruları içermektedir. Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Öğretmeni olmayan 10 okul yöneticisine ulaşılmış, 7 soru sorulmuş ve sorulan sorulara samimi cevaplar alınmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Öğretmeni olmayan okullardaki okul yöneticinin karşılaştığı sorunlar tespit edilmiştir. Bunlardan bazıları eğitim, seminer, yönlendirme eksikliği olduğu ve zorlandıkları görülmektedir. Ayrıca okul yöneticilerine bu uzmanlık alanıyla ilgili seminerler verilmesi gerektiğine de ulaşılmıştır. Genel olarak Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik Öğretmeninin ne kadar önemli olduğu ve bulunmadığı okullarda okul yöneticilerinin ne kadar çok sıkıntı çektikleri görülmektedir.

The aim of the research is to conduct research on the evaluation of the problems faced by school administrators in schools without Psychological Counseling and Guidance Teachers and to learn what these problems are. The model of the research is action research, and the study group of the research is school administrators in schools in Kocaeli Province Çayırova District that do not have Psychological Counseling and Guidance Teachers. The data collection tool includes questions prepared for the semistructured interview. 10 school administrators who are not Psychological Counseling and Guidance Teachers were reached, 7 questions were asked and sincere answers were received. Considering the results of the research, the problems faced by the school administrators in schools without Psychological Counseling and Guidance Teachers have been identified. Some of them seem to lack training, seminars, guidance and have difficulties. In addition, it has been reached that school administrators should be given seminars on this area of expertise. In general, it is seen how important the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Teacher is and how much trouble the school administrators suffer in schools where they are not present.
