Modern Zamanlar Sonrası Türk Evinin Yeniden İnşa Önerisi

Abstract

İnsanlık tarihi boyunca geleneksel üretim tekniklerine uygun bir şekilde sürdürülen yaşam, sanayi devrimleri sonucunda kökten bir değişime uğramış ve dünya, geri döndürülmesi çok zor teknolojik bir bağımlılığa maruz kalmıştır. İnsanlar evlerini yerel malzeme, geleneksel teknik ve ustalık bilgisiyle kolayca inşa edebilirken teknolojik gelişmelerin sonucunda betonarmeye dayalı kentleşme politikaları insanları birçok temel problemle karşı karşıya bırakmıştır. Gelinen noktada kentlerde; barınma, mülkiyet, ulaşım, sağlık, güvenlik, eğitim, geçim, rekreasyon vb. gibi meseleler insanlar açısından temel bir problem olmuştur. Kentlerin büyümesi sonucunda büyük kentler ve mega kentler ortaya çıkmış ve bu problemler insanların yaşamlarını sürdürülemez hale getirmiştir. Bu haliyle Türkiye’de kentleşme politikaları bir milli güvenlik sorunudur. Yakın gelecekte insanlığı bekleyen dünya ölçeğindeki büyük kaos ve reset karşısında; Anadolu kültürü, geleneksel düşünce, kadim bilgi ve bunların sonucunda Türklerin ev yapma ve doğal yaşamı sürdürme bilgisiyle literatüre kazandırdığı Türk Evinin yeniden inşa edilebileceği, yaşama dair birçok problemin bu şekilde çözülebileceği, bu önermenin geçmişe öykünme veya teatral bir sahne olmadığı bir gerçektir. Bu sebeple, İznik Ömerli’de tamamıyla geleneksel teknik ve malzeme ile üretilen AKIN evinin örnek bir çalışma olarak inşa süreçleri, tüm gerekçeleri ve aşamaları bu tezde detaylıca irdelenmiştir.

Throughout the history of humanity, life sustained in accordance with traditional production techniques underwent a radical transformation due to industrial revolutions, subjecting the world to a technologically entrenched dependency that is extremely challenging to reverse. While people could easily construct their homes using local materials, traditional techniques, and craftsmanship, the advent of technological advancements led to urbanisation policies based on reinforced concrete, exposing individuals to numerous fundamental problems. At present, issues such as housing, property, transportation, health, security, education, livelihood, recreation, etc., have become essential problems for individuals in cities. The growth of cities has given rise to metropolises and megacities, exacerbating these problems and rendering people's lives unsustainable. In this regard, urbanisation policies in Turkey constitute a national security issue. In the face of the imminent global chaos and reset awaiting humanity in the near future, it is a fact that the Turkish House, with its Anatolian culture, traditional thought, ancient knowledge, and the Turks' knowledge of building homes and sustaining natural life, can be reconstructed. This proposition suggests that many problems of life can be addressed in this way, emphasising that it is not an imitation of the past or a theatrical stage. Therefore, as an exemplary study, the construction processes, all justifications, and stages of the AKIN House, entirely produced with traditional techniques and materials in İznik Ömerli, are detailed in this thesis.
