dc.description.abstractWe present virtual birefringence imaging and staining, enabling label-free detection of amyloid deposits in tissue. By transforming autofluorescence images into virtually-stained brightfield and polarization images, this method enhances the accuracy and speed of amyloidosis diagnosis.
